How to use
- After centrifugation, discard the supernatant and add BotuCrio directly to the sperm pellet at a concentration of 200 million sperm per mL. Pack and seal the straws.
- For the conventional freezing method, stabilize the straws at 5oC for 20 minutes.
- Then, place the straws in nitrogen vapor (Styrofoam box), 3 to 6 cm above liquid nitrogen level for 20 minutes.
- For thawing, the straws must be placed in a water bath at 37oC for 30 seconds or 46oC for 20 seconds.
- Store it frozen at -20ºC. After thawing, keep it refrigerated at 5ºC for up to 2 days. Add the contents of the bottle directly into the centrifuged semen.
